20200303 MedTech Bootcamp Day One

If you are FH/UNI graduate, junior professional or a newcomer to Medtech of any age, highly motivated to work in a dynamic and international environment and if you have an interest in medicine and technology, join the first MedTech bootcamp, taking place March 2nd to March 27th 2020 in Biel. The bootcamp will give you the necessary hard- and soft-skills for a career within MedTech Industry.

The bootcamp is highly condensed, practice oriented and will contain morning sessions of theoretical medtech core knowledge and afternoon sessions with work on practical examples. In addition, special skills such as data management, systematic information research and condensing information, project-and self-management and presentation are also part of the program. All training is conducted by ISS AG Senior experts and guest speakers.  Not mandatory, but also included in the bootcamp are social events (leisure activities).

We are searching for new talents in Q/RA for the Swiss MedTech Industry. If you are selected for our bootcamp, which will take place March 2nd to March 27th in Biel, you can benefit from our high density (1 month) training program. This includes MedTech topics (RA, Q), industry insights, soft skill (e.g. Project Management) as well as an exam at the end of the bootcamp. The bootcamp is free for selected candidates. In reverse, the candidate commits to become an employee of ISS or, of a MedTech company of our network.

In summary, the candidates benefit from training/coaching, from a network and most importantly, they benefit from a job opportunity. On the other hand, the company gets skilled and affordable RA/Q staff, accelerated onboarding and de-risk recruiting process.

20200114 BT article Bootcamp

The Regulatory Journey will take place in Schlieren on Thursday, 16 January 2020 at 14.00. The event will deal with relevant regulatory aspects. After a keynote on the topic "Final sprint MDR - Suggestions for the last mile", further topics will be discussed in depth in nine workshops and the questions of the participants will be answered. (source). One of the workshops will be conducted by Hansjörg Riedwyl, CEO, and Matthias Steck, Senior Consultant SW Development & Cyber Security of ISS AG (Integrated Scientific Services). The topic of their workshop is the implementation of IEC 62304 (SW lifecycle) in the real medtech world.
